Research Description: Our research efforts involve the design, syntheses, and biological evaluation of both synthetically derived and natural product-based compounds for treatment of a variety of diseases. We use synthetic organic chemistry, molecular modeling, and parallel-combinatorial techniques as tools to investigate biological processes implicated in various diseases.
