Research Description:

I'm a sociocultural anthropologist with expertise in environmental studies, political ecology, Latin American studies, legal studies, organized crime, extreme sports, and globalization. My research focuses on environmental, political, legal, and economic issues in Latin America. I've advised many undergraduate theses with a regional focus on Latin America for the Honors College and the Croft Institute.
