Available Research Projects:

Food selectivity nutrition intervention for children participating in the HILL program at the University of Mississippi

Project Description: The HILL program, which is led by the CSD department, identified a nutrition education need within their population. It was widely observed that children attending the HILL program have extremely limited diets. This study will look at the effect nutrition intervention, including food chaining exercises and parent education, has on increasing the acceptance of new foods among the children enrolled in the HILL program.
