Research Description: Owens F. Alexander, Jr. is an Adjunct Instructor of Management and Advisor to The Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He joined the School of Business Administration at Ole Miss in the spring of 2014. Mr. Alexander is a retired Entrepreneur and Corporate Executive. He was Co-founder and CEO Real Phone Corporation, a San Diego based start-up that developed the world’s thinnest and lightest mobile phone. His corporate career spanning over 30 years included positions of CEO of Titan Wireless and VP of Titan Corporation; Senior VP of SAIC, VP of Marketing at Southern California Edison, and he held numerous senior positions with BellSouth Corp. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Ole Miss and his MBA from Louisiana State University. Mr Alexander will teach Small Business Management and support the Ole Miss Business Plan Competition and other activities of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
