Research Description: Teresa Carithers' professional experience is diverse and includes being a registered dietitian, epidemiologist, and certified organizational change facilitator. Her research focuses on improving the lives of Mississippians by addressing nutrition policy throughout the lifecycle, school nutrition environments, diet assessment methods, and health disparities.
